For the last 2 years Christian Carrière and Helen Sear have been making short collaborative videos as a call and response of sound and image between Canada and Sear’s garden in France. Their point of departure is the hallucinogenic death scene in Robert Fleischer's dystopian 1973 film, Soylent Green, where the natural world in all its saturated colour and beauty is projected as a distant memory.
